History

As the Monteverde Institute celebrates its 29th anniversary it is a pleasure to reflect on our simple beginnings, all the endeavors since, and the bright future ahead.

Currently, the Monteverde Institute has space to host more semester or quarter courses.

Facilities at MVI

Our campus is located in the center of the Monteverde community, adjacent to the historic Cheese Factory and surrounded by hundreds of acres of protected forest.

Faculty: Partner & Create a Course

We invite faculty to partner with us. Monteverde Institute currently is able to add two more semester courses, Fall & Summer.

Spanish & Homestay
Our Spanish Courses

From the very beginning, study abroad students learn to think and express themselves in Spanish. They progress very rapidly since they are in constant, daily contact with the language.

Cultural Focus

Our study abroad students become new speakers of the beautiful Spanish language and also, better citizens.

What's Included in Spanish Courses

Monteverde Institute offers tailor-made Spanish language classes for study abroad students enrolled in our other courses and individualized programs for private individuals.

Price List 2016 - Spanish Language & Culture

Classes are 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Study abroad students.

Homestay
